If the payment fails, the service will not be delivered until a successful payment is completed.

5. Pricing & Service Delivery Prices for each service are mentioned clearly on the Website. After successful payment, you will receive your reading/session as per the details mentioned at the time of booking. Delivery time may vary depending on the type of service chosen.

6. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy – No Refunds: Since tarot readings and consultations are personalized, spiritual, and time-based services, we do not offer refunds once payment is made. Rescheduling: If you have booked a live session, you may request rescheduling at least 12 hours before your scheduled time, subject to availability. Cancellations: Cancellations after booking are not eligible for any refund.
